The Traffic Operations and Safety (TOPS) Laboratory at the University of Wisconsin- Madison in conjunction with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) is soliciting a Request for Information (RFI) that will be used to support future contracting mechanisms for traffic management operations, traveler information services, public relations, planning/programming, traffic incident management, and maintenance for the Statewide Traffic Operations Center located in Milwaukee, WI.
